The vision the Lord gave us—and how you can benefit from it
Many people ask us, “Why Dandelion Resourcing?”
The short answer is, the Lord gave us the name!
Here’s how:
Jesus gave Hannah a vision of a dandelion seed head. The wind of the Spirit swept in and blew those seeds everywhere. As they scattered, they were able to land and take root, whether in a plowed field or a crack in concrete. They quickly grew a stalk, burst into flower, and produced fresh seed that the Spirit carried out again. This is how Spirit-empowered discipleship and mission are meant to take place: lightweight, reproductive, and simple enough for anyone to do.
The way we posture ourselves matters.
Are we paying attention?
Are we listening to the Holy Spirit?
Are we being obedient to his promptings?
Next Steps
Set some time aside to ask Jesus how you can posture yourself to be more attentive to the Spirit.
Then pray that God would blow on the things you are doing to bear much fruit.
Let’s be ruthlessly intentional in how we posture our hearts. We MUST be attentive to the Spirit in all things. And when we get it wrong—which everyone will do—we quickly repent and return to the Lord.
