The word ‘revival’ must be one of the most misused terms in the Christian lexicon!
It pops up all over the place, referring to a wide range of spiritual experiences. Words like renewal and awakening also fall into that mix.
In this video, we share how we define the three terms. Then we give you a vivid illustration of how you can prepare the way in your own life, so if and when Jesus releases one of these experiences, you can steward it prayerfully and fruitfully.

How can you bring long-term protection to the key areas of your life?
While we long for and pray for revival, many of us will never see a true revival. However, we can expect to see renewal and some forms of awakening if we have eyes to see and a heart set to radical obedience to the Lord.
Let’s commit to spending this year in such a posture that those things are more likely to happen around us.

Howdy, everyone! I’m Cara, and I’m thrilled to be working alongside Alex and Hannah to help make the Mission of Dandelion Resourcing happen! I have done everything from direct programs at a Christian camp to opening a coffee shop for a church to editing fiction books. I never really know where life is taking me, but I’m happy to have landed here. My husband, David, and I welcomed our first daughter, Amelia, last July. She is the greatest joy! I’m blessed to be here learning first-hand from the Absaloms about all things ministry, parenthood, and British humor.
