What We Do

We offer long-term consulting partnerships with churches, ministries, or denominational networks, focused on:

• Diagnosing gaps in spiritual culture, discipleship systems, and missional engagement

• Co-creating vision, practices, and systems tailored to your church’s DNA

• Coaching and mentoring your leadership team through implementation

• Periodic review, adjustment, and accountability to ensure momentum

This is not a prepackaged program, but rather it’s a relational, bespoke, deeply integrated process.

What You’ll Experience

Here’s a sample flow (this for illustration purposes only!):

1. Discovery and Visioning – We meet with leadership, hear your story, map your landscape, and co-create a 6–12 month strategy.

2. Design & Roadmap – Together we build systems, rhythms, and structures (prayer, discipleship, leadership, mission, etc) aligned with your church’s culture.

3. Implementation Support – We walk with you over time, offering coaching, equipping resourcing, troubleshooting, and training for your team and your church family.

4. Review & Adjustment – At key intervals, we help you evaluate progress, refine strategy, and help sustain momentum.

Depending on your size and context, engagements typically range from 6 months to 2+ years.

Investment & Logistics

We tailor each consultation to your context, size, and depth of need.

• Starting investment: - We will agree all fees and expected costs in advance.

• Travel / materials / support - Managed in collaboration with your team.

• Communication - Regular meetings (onsite, hybrid, or virtual) on an agreed schedule.

• Time commitment - Significant change does take time, so we will give you good faith estimates of what to expect.
