Jesus Frees
WELCOME to Issue #316 of The Seedhead from Alex and Hannah at Dandelion Resourcing
- a weekly confidence booster to help you step into naturally supernatural discipleship and mission!
Jesus has commissioned believers to minister the freedom that He died to bring to all who want it.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10)
Due to the enemy’s schemes, people everywhere find themselves oppressed. We see this in three main ways: sin, inner wounds, and demonic presence.
However, Jesus offers the perfect solution to each one: repentance, inner healing, and deliverance.
While they are distinct, they also overlap in many ways, and all Christians need a basic understanding of how to deal with everyday examples of each one.
In this video, we discuss how to engage with wisdom, knowing when to jump in and when to call in support, and how to take practical steps of growth today.
Next Steps
Reflect on the 3 types of bondage: sin, inner wounds, and demonic presence. Is there one where you're stronger in helping others find freedom, and one where you need to grow?
Watch session 6 “Jesus Frees” of The Spirit Empowered Disciple Course - Church Track (spiritcourse.com). We unpack all of this far more fully. We have a simple practical inner healing exercise which you can do, but also you can use with and use to train others. We also share a simple deliverance exercise and discuss how to cleanse buildings and places.
